Yes. The image used for the simulator is there to give you an idea only. Your real application will be published both on the Apple Store and on Google Play, so it will work equally well on both Android phones and iPhones.
The little hammer shows that your application isn’t complete yet and so isn’t yet available on the app stores (Apple Store or Google Play).
In order to publish your application, thereby making it available to your customers, you need to check that all the functions/categories contain at least one piece of content. A cursor that starts off red, gradually turning yellow then green, indicates where you’re at in the process.
You can publish your application as soon as at least one piece of content is recorded. We suggest that you publish your application as quickly as possible, and then progressively update it. That way your customers / users can more quickly access your application on their mobiles.
And that means that you’ll never leave your customers’ pocket.
This means that the simulator still hasn’t taken on board your recent changes. All you need to do is refresh the page (F5) or click “Update your content”.
To add information or photos, click on “My Applications”. Choose the application that you want to change. Choose the section that you want to update or change.
You then have two options:
Either you save (click “Save”) or this update is saved without being published in the applications that users have downloaded. When you’re ready to publish, follow the steps below.
Or you publish directly (click “Publish”) and your update is automatically published (sent out) to all users of your application as soon as they open it.
Click on “My Account” and change your email or personal details.
In order to ensure that your application is available on Apple Store and Google Play, you must pay for your application on the MY APP site. To do this, click on “Payment” and choose your payment method – PayPal or credit card.
You will receive a confirmation email when your application is available on the application stores.
Please note that an application that is not properly completed might be temporarily refused by the stores. Your application should have a clear purpose for users. Follow the instructions on the screen and provide quality content.
The publisher of this site will inform you that you are fully responsible for all content that you put on your application. Inappropriate content or content that is illegal in your country or the destination country might be refused by the stores and your account cancelled without further notice or possibility of reimbursement.
Click on “Statistics” and access the user stats for your application. These stats will help you develop your application content, functions (change or improve those that users don’t employ much), news, special offers and so on.
This is a simulator; it will show you a preview of your application. This virtual Smartphone means you can see in real time what your application or your updated content will look like.
To find the application, click on “My applications” and the name of your application will appear on the list to the left of the screen.
After designing the appearance of your application, you’ll just need to choose the border for pictures that will appear on your application. The default setting has no outline on the pictures. If you want to add one, drag the bar on the left to the right.
In the “Button Design” section, “Text Colour”, click on the colour palette to choose the text colour for your application.
In the “Button Design” section, click on the colour palette to choose the colour of the buttons displayed in the application.
In the “General Design” section, choose “Access Arrows”. You can choose the arrow that you want to use in your application.
FYI: an access arrow tells the application user that content is available by clicking on the arrow.
Na secção “Design Geral”, escolho “Fundo” e posso clicar na paleta de cores ou clicar em “mesma cor de…”, o que colocará o fundo e o texto com a mesma cor da faixa e do título que escolhi previamente.
To change the colour of your application title, go to “General Design”, “Banner Title” and click on the colour palette to choose a colour.
“Below where it says “Insert your logo”, click on “Choose a file” and select the image file you want to add. Click “Open”.
Do the same thing to choose your screen wallpapers (backgrounds) if you’re given the option.
Please note: your image files must be in .jpg or .png format.”
If you’re sure about the functions you want to offer your application users, then click on the “Next” button.
To add a function, just click on its icon (in the column on the left of the screen) then click on the button “Add” in the middle. You can also drag and drop the icon from the left to the right of the screen. All the functions that you have chosen for your application should be on the right hand side. If you want to add all of them, just click “Select all”.
To cancel this action, click “Unselect”.
If you’ve chosen your application functions, but you want to cancel one of them, you can also drag and drop this unwanted function back over to the left of the screen. Or drag and drop it into the garbage below the list.
